8. Despite section 6, the insurance contribution payable upon registration of a trailer and for the right to operate it is $16.02. The owner of a farm trailer is exempt from paying the insurance contribution.
8. Despite section 6, the insurance contribution payable upon registration of a trailer and for the right to operate it is $15.26. The owner of a farm trailer is exempt from paying the insurance contribution.
